Far surpassed our expectations!! When we had to put our Maxwell down at the vet, I was a little skeptical of the cremation process, but when we picked him back up I was so impressed by the professionalism of this company. I figured he would be in a bag inside of a cardboard box, but that was not the case. We were handed what looked like a gift bag; inside a beautiful tin urn with his name on the bottom and the bag of ashes were also numbered. Even included a death certificate. It really put us at ease that we made the right decision and are so thankful for the care taken. Thank you so much for what you do!!!
